Virtual experience
Displayed balances, game winnings, prices and cart totals do not create real money, credit, payment instructions, reservations or purchases. Virtual values cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prices and live events
Route prices are approximate planning values and may change. Event data comes from third parties. Confirm dates, availability, prices and conditions with the relevant provider before any real ticket or reservation step. Transactions on external services are not Almış Gibi transactions.
Account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details and monitoring activity in your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and notify us through the contact form.
Community rules
You may not post content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, misleading, exposes personal data or infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for what you post. You grant Almış Gibi a non-exclusive permission, limited to operating the service, to display and technically process your content within the service. Inappropriate content may be reported, reviewed and removed.
Plan Room
People with access to a room code may join that room. Share the code only with people you want to invite. The room owner manages the final selection; members may remove only their own additions, while the owner may remove any selection.
Intellectual property
Rights in the Almış Gibi brand, original interface and application code belong to their owner. Third-party brands, events and images belong to their respective rights holders and do not transfer ownership.
Service changes and liability
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance or product development. The service is provided “as available”. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, liability is not accepted for indirect losses arising from third-party data that should be independently verified or from user-generated content.
