We keep data practices simple and transparent.
This notice explains what data is processed when you use Almış Gibi, why it is used and which controls you have. The virtual budget is not a financial account.
Information we process
- If you create an account: your email address, display name, avatar choice, language and virtual budget preference.
- Favorites, community posts and likes, Plan Room memberships, messages, votes and shared picks.
- When you use the site without signing in, cart, favorites, language and personalization preferences may be stored in your browser’s local storage.
- Limited technical logs created by service providers for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Location and live events
The “Near me” feature uses approximate browser coordinates only after your explicit permission and creates a nearby-event query. Location is not added to your profile. Live event information comes from Ticketmaster; ticket and reservation steps are subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
Why we use it
We use data to operate your account, sync preferences, provide shared Plan Room and community features, respond to support requests, protect the service and personalize requested content. You may refuse optional location access.
Sharing and service providers
Supabase may be used for identity and data infrastructure, Netlify for hosting and forms, and Ticketmaster for live event data. People with your Plan Room code can see your display name, messages and shared picks in that room. Data is not shared for sale.
Retention and deletion
Account data may be kept while your account remains open. Community content may remain until you delete it, close your account or it is removed for moderation. When you delete your account from the profile screen, account-linked data and Plan Rooms you own are deleted; content you added to other rooms is also removed. Provider backups and security logs may clear on their own limited retention cycles.
Your controls and security
You can clear location permission and local data in browser settings, update profile data or delete your account. You can use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or privacy support. Reasonable safeguards are used for transport and authorization, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
